Pros: The resort is amazing in locating spot for me to see the views of clouds and hills

Cons: They want to clean the room and make freshness for smell. That's only disappointed for me. And need subscription for tv.

Great stay.

Pros: It's a beautiful location and rooms have a nice view. They are very organized and reachable. They have everything set in place for someone visiting ooty.

Cons: Better transportation facilities at affordable rates will be helpful. The food was okey, good food makes everyone happy. So please consider.

Good and peaceful experience if we exclude the maintainance.

Pros: Velley view from.room and outside resort was excellent, this is the best stay i experienced so far in ooty.

Cons: Service should have been better, there is no proper cleaning. With the limited staff we cannot expect fast service but it should be better when your resort in such beautiful location.
