Luxurious peacefulness

Pros: The staff are amazing! Right from check-in they brought us a lovely hot lemon tea after our long delayed journey. The Indian food at dinner was delicious and the welcome chocolates to our room was a nice touch. The service was like staying in a 5 star hotel! They even brought us hot water bottles for the cold night. The room was nice and the garden lovely to sit in. Also a very scenic walk to tea plantations and the Sri government gardens.

Excellent Place to Stay and Relax

Pros: Great Property. Awesome Food. Staffs are polite and helpful. Excellent service especially Mr Sanjay and Rama. Overall great experience, would like to repeat the stay in our next visit.

Cons: Last half km to the resort can be improvised (off roading). And the tariff also needs to be reduced a bit as per the facility.

Excellent stay and experience, would recommend for families and couples.

Pros: We had stated at the property for 2 nights and it was great. It's a very scenic place, ideal for couples and families, and working couples to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views. Their restaurant menu is limited, however the food they serve is tasty and authentic flavour. The staff is very courteous and excellent service., especially the manager Sanjay who is very welcoming and engaging. The place is calm and quiet too.

Cons: The resort is uphill and the road is narrow and not tarred or cemented towards the last lap of the resort.

Pros: The room and the architecture (old British style), the staff specifically the manager Mr Sanjay

Pros: Wonderful stay at Sherlock. The ambience was superb. Rooms were also clean and well maintained. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Cons: Access was an issue as the road was quite narrow and untarred at places.

Stay at Sherlocks

Pros: Excellent staff. Extremely warm and welcoming. Bala and David made our stay comfortable. My pets were very happy

Cons: 1) Do not take the mountain view room. The garden view room is what you need to take here. 2) The ventilation in the Standard room is a little poor. 3) Only the mountain room and the garden rooms are pet friendly. However, the staff was very accommodating when it came to our requests with the pet. They allowed our pets in the standard room.

Pros: exemplary staff - V good food- comfortable n clean rooms- modern bathrooms. lovely garden to bask in the sun. i hate to take names so i won’t but everyone down to the cleaning lady are so customer oriented and pleasant.

Cons: approach road v narrow- difficult for suvs when car comes from opposite side. ok in daytime but restricts movement to the town at dark.

Pros: The staff was great they had an excellence to amaze the customer's, we came late but they made it up for the service in the morning. MR DAVID ,MR Sanjay , the chefs Vignesh, and Balaji were ready to help and bring a good satisfaction to us during our stay through their services.
