Bad start, great ending !

Pros: Clean and comfortable room, guest services, in room and restaurant dining, wide menu selection & overall ambience of the hotel

Cons: A very bitter experience at the time of booking where when i called the property to check if they recieved my booking made via booking.com, the person who attended my call was rude, arrogant and most unhelpful. However, when i tried calling again early next day, i got a far better response from the front desk who confirmed receipt of my booking, enabling me to start my journey.
