Pros: Rooms are really clean and they exactly looked like what you see in pictures. The staff are very polite and efficient especially Mr. Kannan. He really made our stay pleasant. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Our stay was memorable and enjoyable. Foggy weather felt like we stayed within the clouds. .

Pros: Maintenance with saplings and plants is impressive. Food quality is good and with reasonable prices. Location is awesome. Especially, I liked Elson's (Manager) guidance and response through out the stay. Staff are good with their services and they are too quick. Happy for the continuous Hot water facility.

Cons: Wifi wasn't worked at all with the provided passwords. The issue wasn't resolved even after informing for multiple times.

Awesome

Pros: Villa is spacious, Ambience is nice, surrounded by greenery, Villa is located on the Hill, Good view outside villa, Privacy is respected in the villa, Facilities inside the villa is also nice, you get private garden and bone fire is also a good option in those cold nights.

Cons: Processing time of order in reception, it is taking longer time to process the order given on intercom, sometimes they miss some items, we need to remind them almost 4-5 times to send basic items. Apart from that our experience was great.
