Overall very good stay.

Pros: The property location, Parking facility and lawn in front of the room are really nice.

Cons: Everything is fine but i would like to request the property management to check and replace the beds Because I can feel the springs inside the bed on my back. It keeps remember me something is under my bed not feeling comfortable while sleeping.( note :this issue is in the room which is allotted for me I am not sure about other rooms) Other things are very good.

Ootcamund's Best - Tulips

Pros: Excellent location. Can not be compared with any other hotels down in town. The food was good. The rooms are good. The service management system is marvelous. They use a WhatsApp group to get any queries in house. Room service, hot water and TV was sorted quickly.

Cons: A feedback can be that the hotel can keep shed for car n bike parkings as it rains during summers n rainy season and vehicle gets wet n few sensors might stop working.

Pros: Everything was good, except the food. Please try to accommodate free Breakfast along with the booking cost. Increase menu list, so that we will have more options to select. Prices are much higher for the food.

Stay is comfortable & worth visit. Food is delightful, & staff is friendly. Location offer good view

Pros: The property is situated at a higher point, making it challenging to approach if you miss any turns. However, the elevated location offers superb views of the mountains and city, especially during the blissful mornings and evenings. Overall, the stay was excellent, with comfortable rooms in terms of both appearance and size. The staff is pleasant, helpful, and diligent in following their rules and regulations. Additionally, the food at the restaurant is superb in taste.

Cons: I would like to suggest adding a microwave to the kitchen amenities provided. As temperatures tend to drop at times, especially during group stays, guests often prefer having food in their rooms. Additionally, I believe charging for the campfire is unnecessary, particularly in a cold climate where it could enhance the overall experience for all guests. Creating a common site for this activity would be more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

Excellent

Pros: The staff and there behaviour was very nice, and the way they were treated us was so good. The location is near to the bus stand and it was near to some tourist places also. The view from the resort is too good, worth for money. Hot water facility, lights, bed was good. The food taste was delicious. The room was clean.

Cons: They should implement some more options to the food menu, and the price for food is little bit costly.
