Happy Memories of Ooty trip

Pros: Spacious room. Good service. Efficient travel desk . Mr Sachin provided Good vehicles and advice for siteseeing.

Cons: There should be a provision for harder pillows and mattresses. Those with back problems feel uncomfortable. Also the bonfire 🔥 and party areas should be in a section away from guest rooms. Even if we wanted to sleep we couldn't bcuz of the loud party music. Very disturbing.

Pros: Excellent service and facilities. Especially thanks to Shashank, Prabha for smooth check-in. Restaurant staff were courteous and were taking care of any requests. The house keeping staff excellent to maintain rooms clean and tidy. Thanks Ritish for a smooth check-out. It was a wonderful and memorable experience to stay at sterling elk hill

Pros: The property is very old and quite well maintained. Room amenities can be improved.

Cons: The lunch menu options were not that great and food was average for the price.

Pros: Stay was wonderful. Ritish has been extremely helpful with all the queries. The hotel also promptly changed the room when there was some issue in existing room so completely happy

Pros: The property has great views from the windows. It has good family facilities wi the a games room. The buffet breakfast had good options and felt safe to eat for foreigners. There was bottled water in the rooms. And the staff for friendly and helpful.

Cons: It’s an older hotel, however well maintained.

Pros: The property is too good and very neat and clean . It’s located at hill where you can see entire Ooty. The hospitality of the staff is awesome and since we carried our baby , they made sure that the kid is comfortable and safe across the property. I would like to mention parosmita who took care of our kids food routine and made sure to give a food is nicely made for the kid

Cons: The food here is too bland and for vegetarian the options are very less and lack of taste on almost all the dishes .

Cold but interesting- come in summer

Pros: Beautiful with a view. Staff were terrific. Great laundry service. Restaurants good.

Cons: Cold cold cold in January. No hotel public area heating and rooms barely warm enough

Pros: The breakfast was satisfactory; however, the staff truly stood out with their excellent service.

Cons: I am driving an EV, but I noticed the resort does not have on-site charging facilities

Pros: Excellent resort with great facilities especially for kids.

Cons: Food is really expensive. Given the location there isn’t much options to venture out during night. Although expensive food is really good.
