Pros: The staff was extremely courteous. The rooms were clean with a great view. Its a new property and they are doing their best to ensure the stay is comfortable.

Pros: Proximity to the Ooty lake, great views from the room, activities (bird feeding, ATV etc.) within the property, great service

Cons: Though they already have few activities, they can also consider adding board games to further enhance the guest experience.

Great hospitality with a wonderful view ❤️

Pros: The hotel was well maintained, and the staff's took good care of us overall a pleasant stay with a great valley view to enjoy .

Cons: The road to the hotel was not good , I think it was due to the highway extension was going on .please drive carefully .
