Pros: The room was very nice, comfortable bed, nice balcony, perfect shower with hot water and good water pressure. Everything was clean. Perfect room. The staff was nice and polite The food also good 👍

Cons: Some eras of the hotel are old and looking not good. And the walls are not isolated enough so we could hear the other room when they speak loud

Pros: The Location was really Nice with accessibility to Market and all sight seeing locations nearby.

Cons: The reception staff should be more responsive and should recommend or suggest places to visit and help provide genuine information around places and taxi services.

Pros: Breakfast & Dinner were good. Only missing was Kulai Puttu & Kadalai Curry. Nice service given by Mr Prem, Mr Reji Raju & Mr Jinu.

Cons: Rest Room neatness to be improved. TV Channels are not getting properly. Direct Booking discounts to be given. Restaurant table clothes are dirty. Better to avoid clothes. Better Glass Tops. For Dinner, South Indian Dishes to be added.

'Very European' standard hotel to calm down within Indian brightness

Pros: Big property, standard and 'very European' hotel - it was nice to get calmed down after the long trip and many local homestays. Huge and clean room. Big variety at the breakfast. Decent evening restaurant - a bit empty, so not much atmosphere, but the food was tasty and cooked quick. Centrally located in Munnar - so you can continue your journey in any location. A lot of organized groups of the foreign tourists.

Pros: Hotel is right in Munnar with a lovely garden. My room was very spacious, clean, modern, with Tea/coffee/water. Balcony overlooked garden. Bathroom great, toiletries provided. Restaurant on site - great value buffet dinner. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, responsive.

Parfait pour Munnar

Pros: Chambre propre, très spacieuse avec vue sur la ville de Munnar. Lit confortable, eau chaude parfaite, reception serviable, peut-être un peu cher, mais nous y etions début janvier.
