The property itself is decent, but maintenance and hygiene need significant improvement. If proper and regular cleaning

Pros: I stayed in this apartment for 10 days. The apartment size was good and the location was convenient. The place itself has good potential for a comfortable stay and the host was reachable when contacted.

Cons: cleanliness was a major issue. At check-in there were visible hairs and dust accumulated in several areas. The refrigerator was dirty, and even after informing the staff and showing it, it was not properly cleaned. Housekeeping was also not regular; during the entire 10-day stay the apartment was cleaned only once, and that too only after we requested it.
