A Munnar oasis.

Pros: Tea County is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle, hustle and noise of Munnar. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is very good - lots of veg and non-veg Indian options plus some western. Loved the oats / porridge with honey and cut fruit and the masala omlette for breakfast.

Cons: The bed was great - generously sized and about the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The duvet however was a little narrow (same width as the bed) - a wider duvet would have avoided the duvet wars in the night.

Pros: Flowers and bedding plants. Sunflowers and bizzie lizzies

Pros: Nice room with small terrace, though lacking a table. Pleasant communal areas for indoor seating. Very effective slower unit and water temperature and pressure. Generous daily supply of bottles water. Very polite security staff. Excellent porters, always happy to help. Nice beer and wine bar, though currently limited to only 2 types of beer during my stay. Fair priced. Good spa and massage facilities, but sadly, no pool. Very good and reasonable laundry service.

Cons: A mini fridge would have been an asset. No currency exchange despite this being advertised on hotel literature. A long trek to the I accommodation block. I was advised to book the more expensive rooms, next time. +1000 Rup. Very limited breakfast options for non Indians. The egg station was excellent. Only 2 bath towels provided, no hand towel. Mean with the supply of toilet rolls.

3 night in beautiful munnar

Pros: Location is quiet, gardens are beautiful, value for money

Cons: Not very clean, some room are renovated and some of them not yet, access to some rooms is a challenge

Cons: Some things were a little tired & needed some maintenance/a deeper clean. For example our shower base was leaking, so the floor was always wet, & the area around the raised sink needed a proper clean.

Highly recommend the is hotel if you’re going to Munnar.

Pros: Perfect location. In Munnar but slightly out of town so it’s very quiet. Had a lovely massage there.

Cons: Breakfast was pretty basic but that don’t bother me.

Pros: I loved the exceptional service from the moment we arrived. The security team greeted us warmly and assisted with our luggage, and the check‑in process was smooth and welcoming. The property’s architecture was beautiful, and the gardens were immaculately maintained. Every staff member we met was genuinely happy, which showed how well the management supports their team. The service staff and chefs were highly professional, the food was excellent, and the cleanliness standards were outstanding. Our couples massage was also a wonderful experience, carried out with great professionalism.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like — our stay exceeded expectations in every way.

Pros: The Buffet Breakfast was very good & traditional Kerala cuisine not a thing for continental lovers. The location was also ideal.

Cons: I prefer the bathroom smell or can add room fresheners to toiletries, as there was not a good smell around.
