Amenable staff and a relaxing stay for a day or two.

Pros: Very comfortable clean room with good shower. Good balcony with fantastic view over tea plantation.

Cons: The main chef had been called away to see his mother in hospital, whoever stood in for him managed to ruin the food. Burnt samosas, overcooked and dried out chicken 65. A pity, it might be better on his return.

Pros: Location is 10/10, just check with property about tea plantation. Sometimes they will cut the leaf Staffs were very friendly It was pet friendly stay Very near to Idukki Breakfast was good

Cons: WiFi was not strong in A frames It was good in the common area

A Serene Stay with Breathtaking Views

Pros: The view from the room is absolutely stunning. The staff are warm and helpful, always ready to assist with trip planning. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the room itself was comfortable—but the view truly steals the show.

Cons: I would recommend informing the staff in advance if you’re arriving late, as network connectivity is limited and Wi-Fi may not be immediately accessible. Since the reception closes at night, it can be challenging to communicate or locate assistance after dark. It would be helpful if the property could consider sharing Wi-Fi details beforehand or enhancing late check-in communication for a smoother arrival experience.

Cons: Need to improve on entrance of the property, need immediate electric support (UPS) during power cut. Need strong WiFi support.

Peaceful and scheduled

Pros: It’s beautifully located far from the main downtown Munnar. Each room has a view and a dense jungle on the right side and gorgeous estates in the front.

Cons: The views. Also the food was Fantastic!

Pros: I had my own little hut. Lovely little balcony with spectacular views over the tea plantations. The room had a kettle, so I could make a cuppa in the morning. The location is great if you want to be away from noise and other people. Nice staff but a special mention of Sibin. He was fantastic. Beaming smile and nothing he wouldn't do for us.

Cons: My recommendation would be to check if their credit card machine works unless you have Google pay or similar. It is far away from an ATM. Fortunately, I had enough cash. But this should have been communicated to us earlier.

Pros: The ambience and view were awesome, the staff was great, and overall, it was superb.

Cons: Its bit difficult to enter the resort by bike. Kindly include kerala special snacks items also.

Great location, friendly staff. Just the location can shadow all the negatives.

Pros: The location is great. The rooms are aesthetic and has a beautiful balcony. One can spend a whole day sitting there. Roads are very much drivable. The Manager is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The service was slow. Water bottles (complimentary) which were supposed to be given every had to be called in for. Even glasses had to be called in for. The bed sheet was torn at places. Breakfast starts really late at 8.30 am. If you are supposed to leave early, then you will not get breakfast. And yes they charge 150 INR for onion salad.
