Pros: Exceptional service with a smile. Perfect blend of mainstream resort facilities with the attention and care of an intimate B&B. Excellent fresh breakfast which was a good balance of western and Indian options. Food in general was extremely fresh and prepared to meet our order. We cannot wait to return.

Pros: The property's top attraction is the great location right below a tea estate. We went on long refreshing morning walks through the picturesque hills every day we were there. Close second is the great hospitality. Breakfast was very good on all days, and they even made Appam and Chicken stew on request for dinner although it wasn't in the menu. It is a very serene place with no disturbances and a great view of the forested valley

A memorable stay.

Pros: Everything about the resort was excellent. Mr Ajit was a kind and welcoming host, and the staff made our stay very pleasant, looking after our every need. A word also for the location, which was beautiful, perched right at the top of the hills.

Pros: Beautiful views. Clean comfy rooms. Peaceful. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Staff were so kind and helpful especially Ajith in organising taxis and giving local advice. Lovely walks around the tea plantation.

Pros: Liked the property and location, comfortable stay, very tasty food, service provided by the staffs was very good.

Pros: Everything was fantastic here - the setting, the staff, the well-priced restaurant. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you're visiting Munnar

Wonderful stay

Pros: The location is beautiful amidst jungle full of birds and their chirps. The hospitality is amazing with smiling faces all around. Near and clean property.

Very clean and cosy place to stay in nature

Pros: It was perfectly clean, in a very nice nature environment and beautifully build on a hill. The stuff had true kindness and helped in many ways. We loved to listen to the birds on our balcony and to walk in the tea plantations that start just several steps away. The food was delicious and they respected our requirements for simple natural food.

Cons: We liked everything.

Worth a Visit

Pros: Location was stunning, rooms were fabulous, received room upgrade on arrival

Cons: Pool was on the cold side, and breakfast was passable but not memorable

Lovely hotel with helpful staff in a stunning and quiet location

Pros: Very comfortable hotel, helpful and friendly staff in a quiet and beautiful hilly location adjacent to forest and tea plantations. We were very well looked after by Alan and all the staff. Really enjoyed the jeep safari, elephant viewing, guided walk through the forest with a local ranger and trip to Munnar and the sites, all arranged for us by the hotel. In addition, the food was both delicious and reasonably priced.

Cons: Although only a relatively short distance from Munnar, it still takes the best part of an hour to drive there given the very hilly terrain. This didn’t worry us as there was plenty to see and do close by although not a choice of alternative restaurants or the facilities of a town if these are what you require. The hotel was also a fair bit more expensive than we had paid elsewhere in Kerala but I noticed that the price changed quite markedly over different dates. However the food and trips were very reasonably priced.
