Excellent property.Good for family as well.

Pros: The property is located in excellent location.Food is excellent. Staff service was exceptional.

Cons: Wifi range was not good.

Pros: This entire property is managed by a person named Guru and his team of 2 people. Food and service is delicious. This places offers the best view in Coonoor. A bit difficult to locate but easy if you first add Muthanadu Estate as your first stop in Google Maps and then add The Realm as the second stop. Google Maps might take you through a very bad and dangerous road if you directly mention The Realm as the first stop. Don’t ever do that

Cons: The owner/MD of this place will never care or bother to answer your call. It’s the same number mentioned on Booking.com. Don’t even try calling him on this number as it’s useless. I was stranded for almost 90 mins in search for the property and he never bothered to return my call. Instead call Guru on 9994580910 as the entire property is managed by him and he is extremely helpful. The staff is quite courteous.

Fairytale location with an amazing staff

Pros: Everything.... one feels you have entered a fairytale land and the staff is so courteous. Amazing home cooked food...

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Property is awesum. Staff is very courteous. You will get a experience of countryside life. Property has horses and ducks as well.

Pros: This resort located at the mid of tea estate surrounded by scenic view and very spacious. Roads to this place also very good so no issues in travelling in our own car. Hospitality is very good, food was very delicious and price also very reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will visit this place again soon.

Great location and even better hospitality (food was awesome)

Pros: Location was great, well maintained, great service, great food and the approach road is to die for.

Cons: I could have been given better room, slight compromise there. Winterfell isn’t the best.

Pros: The view was super. Could find nothing better in Coonoor or Ooty...the best place if you like to be in nature. The staff were excellent. Guru, the person in charge was excellent. Food was very home like ghar ka khaana. Service was exellent.

Cons: The toilets need to be revamped with better towels etc.

Realm - our stay

Pros: Clean hygienic & spacious rooms. Homely food. Extremely friendly staff with great service. The property manager Selva also doubled up as a guide & took us to a very scenic viewpoint & helped us click some very instaworthy pics. Great place to de-stress & leave the hustle of daily life behind

Cons: The property was quite difficult to approach being in the middle of a tea estate & required driving down some very narrow winding roads with the last stretch being an off road experience. The mobile coverage is practically non existent so don't try & combine work with your vacation. Rooms also didn't have any telephone to contact the staff for any requirements. Food was homely but the variety is limited & may not be to everyone's liking. Don't expect a typical resort spread & you will be fine

Pros: We stayed in The Realm Resort from 7 to 9 April. Food was amazing and hospitality is 5 stars. Selva is too good. He took us to a nice spot nearby which was mesmerizing, we went to a farm nearby with him, which was growing cabbage, we ourselves picked the cabbage 🥬, that we wanted him to cook that evening. The campfire was also there every evening. The location is superb, Was not wanting to leave this place. Some travellers faced problems while driving to the resort, as Google map goes haywire in between because of loss of signal, but we did not have any such problems. There are 3 dogs who are cute. They will come and welcome you every time you show up at the main gate.
