Pros: Host suresh bro was a wonderful person, he made the stay very comfortable and is the kind of person to become good friends with instantly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and easily accessible from city center, I stayed there as a solo traveller I was in Ooty to visit a temple, overall a friendly experience

Heavenly stay assured.

Pros: I can guarantee your comfort and happiness. The double bedroom view was amazing you can relax watching the greenery from the window even whole day. Balcony was there to take fresh air. Hot water Gycer available in room itself. Room was cleaned everytime once guest leave. That much tidy, very big cot, big room, Staff was excellent, very humble person. In one sentence. Close your eyes and book it don't have second opinion. Thank me if you are happy, if unhappy share your concern immediately to staff there, they will rectify and make your staff comfortable.

Cons: Frankly i didn't have any concern with the room. They provided hot drinking water whenever needed, any time u can get hot water in rest room. So no issues. One suggestion If they can arrange food for breakfast and dinner with good reasonable price, then this place is heaven.
