Pros: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were very humble, polite, and always responsive to our needs. The service was smooth throughout the stay, and the viewpoint was absolutely excellent—calm, scenic, and perfect to relax. Overall, a really good experience. Would definitely recommend it!

Cons: One small thing that could make the stay even better is having a bonfire or an in-villa fireplace/heater for the freezing cold nights— That was the only thing missing.

Pros: Fantastic location..Was perfect destination to feel rest from busy live's. To improve- 100 m road from main road to property which was a bit offroad.

A Beautiful Stay with Scope for Improvement

Pros: This was my second visit, and the view from my suite was absolutely beautiful. I already loved the place, which is exactly why I chose to return.

Cons: There were a few areas that could be improved. Since the road leading to the property was in poor condition, we had hoped to use the hotel’s cab service to get around, but it wasn’t available as it needed to be booked in advance. The room door was a bit difficult to lock at times, and we occasionally needed staff assistance. While the washroom was spotlessly clean, the closet lid was broken, which caused some inconvenience. As we had booked a suite due to limited room availability, we felt a lack of privacy within the room. Adding a curtain or partition between the beds could help make the space more comfortable. One aspect I noticed during both visits was the restaurant experience. There were quite a few houseflies, and although the restaurant staff were polite, they seemed to lack speed and coordination. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and served quite late, which delayed our plans for the day.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay. The location is superb, enjoyed stay in the midst of tea garden.

Cons: Food on the first day was not upto expectations. It was made good the next morning.

Pros: The property is in between the tea plantation around and very peaceful atmosphere the greenery makes you feel heaven and the staff they are very polite and friendly we booked tribal hut which gives you village vibes overall ambience is good

Cons: “I felt that the restaurant staff seemed to be in a hurry while taking orders and didn’t show much patience. It gave me the impression that they wanted to rush through the process rather than allowing customers enough time to decide comfortably. This made the experience feel a bit pressured instead of relaxed.”

Pros: Scenic view of the valley and peaceful nature. Helpful staff and very polite in nature.

Cons: A bit too out of town and can’t explore other places if you don’t have your own car. Taxi would be costly in this case. Some options of food was limited but overall food quality was good.

Calm, Serene , secluded , picturesque. Perfect way to enjoy the Nilgiri

Pros: The location was simply gorgeous. Surrounded by tea gardens and far from the hustle bustle of the main city . It was the perfect place to relax and unwind .

Cons: The last half kilometre or so to the property, the road was non existent. It was a muddy stretch which felt like off-roading.

Pros: Architecture of the building Flower garden, atmosphere, friendliness of staff
