Pros: The location is quiet and relaxing. Building and its surroundings are pleasure to be and to look at. Pool was an evening saver. The host Priscilla is the magic charm of the place. Thank you for your effort.

A very warm welcome, friendly help and comfortable accommodation made this a great choice.

Pros: The service was outstanding. Priscilla waited up very late for us as our flight was delayed and we had problems with our luggage. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome to India. We appreciated the air conditioning and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Cons: The bathroom and towels could smell fresher.

Pros: Parudeesa is a home away from home, a piece of an art one can adore. A beautiful serene house in the lap of the nature. Calm, quiet, clean and well maintained by the property manager Priscilla, Parudeesa will make you feel to come back again and again just to relax and rejuvenate. The ayurvedic massage, shirodhara and other spa offerings within the property will elevate your experience. It has a lovely terrace garden that worths mention. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and great for family gateaways and even a group friends can choose it as a staycation over weekend. Overall a great value for money!

Pros: An ideal property for a group of up to twenty, if not wanting privacy for couples! ALSO An ideal property for 5 couples to stay together (with privacy)! Family or Friends. There is an in-house staff available, who occupies the outhouse.

We had an excellent stay and sleep quality was very good too. The house is beautiful!!

Pros: Breakfast - it was provided through some neighbours and it is mostly appam with egg curry or with peas curry. It was quite good and with decent portions too. Priscilla is the star of the place and credit goes to her for being regularly in touch with us and sharing with us the google map location, and also prompting us to inform her about the time of arrival too. We also had some lovely conversations with her and her charming smile and humourous demeanour was very helpful to unwind after a tiring day out in the sun. There are quite a few scenic spots nearby - Cocoa factory, Periyar river banks, Athirapally falls etc

Cons: There is nothing we could complain about - everything was in order. we were given a good tour of the place once we came in, so we were familiar with all we could use and what items ( in case we need ) and where it could be found. Priscilla was always around and a huge shout out to her for keeping the place in perfect condition.

Truely Amazing

Pros: Extraordinary feel at home stay. Priscilla , the guest manager is amazing. For larger or smaller groups this is a great place to stay and relax.

Cons: May be cluttered furniture in living room. But that's negligible when compared to overall comfort

Home away from home ❤️

Pros: It was definitely home away from home where we were looked after like a family. Especially when Priscilla made us Dinner one night because we were unable to find options to order at midnight. The attention to detail and the various spaces at this house will suit your every vibe, weather it is calm or chilling and jamming with your friends. Definitely coming back if I am ever in Kochi.

A warm welcome, luxurious surrounds and a spotlessly clean environment.

Pros: From arrival to departure we had a wonderful stay. Priscilla, the guesthouse manager greeted us warmly, gave a comprehensive tour of this luxurious property, and was there to wave us goodbye. Our family room was light, cool, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have so many areas to relax in, especially the rooftop patio surrounded by potted palms and greenery.

Cons: We have no complaints.

Big spacious good value for money property

Pros: Really enjoyed my stay. Property is a short 15-20min drive from Cochin international airport. Property is beautiful, rooms are very spacious, clean, everything you need and it’s really good value for money. It was the best homestay I ever had in India. Host/manager Prescilla is amazing. Really caring and she made sure we were comfortable and made us feel welcome. Had massage which was really good. Used their taxi to the airport. Really enjoyed my stay and I would come back again.
