Perfect 3 day stay. Thank you to everyone

Pros: Everything. Location,,welcome, staff, food, Manager Binoy and Anita in particular. The furnishings are gorgeous the pool,is lovely. Interesting tea factory and walks in the area.

Pros: Beautiful, tranquil location. Superb service from an Excellent team of staff. Delicious home cooked Kerala specialties. The tour of the plantation and factory was very interesting. Clean and spacious rooms, great pool and outside seating area. Lots to do in local area.

Beautifully located bungalow amidst tea estate in Kerala.

Pros: The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were amazing, really polite and always smiling and trying to out guests with all our requests.

Cons: The buffet price for dinner which was rupees 1650 each is a bit expensive as we are not left with any choice to go out to the town. The road to the town from the bungalow is really bad and since we didn’t have a choice we had to go with the dinner buffet which felt quite expensive for the menu as well. No complaints about the dishes they all tasted great.

A world away from the city madness!

Pros: The location and property is absolutely amazing and really helps you disconnect from our very digital world. The staff (Balakrishna, Khadeeja and Moidyeen who was on the night shift) were a delight - always smiling and helpful. I was in a terrible state with a fever and a bad cold and they made a local medicine (kashayam) that cured me in 2 days!! Will be back again.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pleasant stay

Pros: We stayed 3 nights.Stay was very pleasant.Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was plentiful. They arranged a tea factory visit for us even though we hadn't asked for it. That was very thoughtful of Madam Daisy. My kid was delighted with the Factory visit as the kind Manager helped us understand the processes. Bungalow Rooms were of the colonial era types which we loved. Staff was super attentive and helpful. The chef made tasty food as per our requests.
