Calm and Peaceful stay for family with exceptional customer service

Pros: We had a pleasant stay in bamboo hut.. This property is near to tirunelli temple.. Staff was exceptionally cordial and had a very good experience with interacting with them.. Highly recommended for family to enjoy calm and peaceful stay.. Will definitely visit again...

Extraordinary place to rest and eat well

Pros: Amazing location and very special environment - the bamboo huts and grounds of Koomankolly makes it a very special place, with ponds, meditation space and dining area, it feels like it's own universe. Food was fantastic, especially in the evening.

Cons: Staff could be more knowledgable about local hiking opportunities. Arranging a visit to Nagarahole felt more complicated than it needed to be, however it did get sorted.

Pros: The staff were super helpful especially Deepak and Jithin.

Pros: Scenic peaceful non commercial location, away from the madding crowd. Homely food made by tribal cook.

Pros: The Puttu for the Complimentary Breakfast was made out of Request in Person which I loved a lot.

Cons: The location is not recommended for kids less than the age of 5 as the steps and the pavement are too narrow and steep.

it was an overnight stay for us. The property looked good, but we didn’t get much time to explore it.

Pros: The location was amazing and the way the individual quarters were organised. the breakfast was good.

Cons: providing with an electric kettle and a pair of mugs wouldn’t have disturbed our morning routines. also, the bathroom could have been maintained a bit more neater

Tranquil

Pros: Tranquil setting, helpful manager (though he's often not on site), great views of nature, nice food.

Cons: Not much to do if you wanted to stay more than a few nights, I thought it's a little expensive, sadly the nearby temple doesn't let in foreigners. Staff who are left in charge speak very limited English, but it was fine. Overall lovely place!

In short the experience in itself was great, the accommodation is very minimalistic food great !

Pros: The location is great very much in the nature for sure. If you are a morning person you could just stroll around and hear the birds. The staff is great they go out of their way to help you out. For example the manager is a great person though not always physically available but he is prompt on whatsapp ;-). Dont forget to ask him panni curry (pork curry) that was exceptional. The owner is a great human being as well.

Cons: My first day room was on top of a ladder house that could be reached only with a ladder the room was too small for me. But fortunately the staff helped me out with arranging a bigger room next day without additional cost.

Pros: Unbeschreiblich schöne Blicke, tolle Gestaltung, sehr ästhetisch unf ökologisch
