Pros: Really liked the hospitality of the staffs in the hotel. Food served in buffet is good. Special mention to Samrat and Angshuman in staff as they were really helpful and superb at guest service. Rooms were clean. View from the rooms is awesome. Only had some problem with washroom water for sometime but that got sorted. Overall, liked the stay in Avadale and would prefer to stay again if I visit kodaikanal in future. Cheers, keep us the good work!!

Cons: One thing would like to mention- please keep emergency medicines at the reception like for fever, vomiting, nausea, and other illness which are prone to guests in hilly areas. Because the hotel is located far from the town and no access no medicine shops.
