Good stay but a little too far from the main town

Pros: Clean, peaceful. Room was of decent size with a balcony attached as well. Space for parking and friendly staff. Cute kitties roam around in the garden 😍

Cons: The location was peaceful but it was way too far from the main Kodai, around 6-7km. On the app they had mentioned 3 km. No handwash was provided and the bathroom hanger was broken as well

Pros: I had a fantastic experience staying here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly what I needed. But what truly stood out was the customer service. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Whether it was a quick check-in, room requests, or local guidance, they handled everything with a smile and real care. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and facilities offered.

Pros: The Banyan Three resorts in Kodaikanal was the ideal place for those in search of peace & calm, far away from the noisy & polluted city life. Located amidst serene surroundings of mountains & greenery is this relatively new property acquired & run by Mr.Paramesh, the perfect host. The rooms are spacious & cosy for comfort with beautiful wall decors all over the resort. This resort has a fantastic chef who makes delicious food at affordable rates. Special mention about the caretaker Boys - Karthi & Vivek, always ready to take care of your needs.
