Pros: We visited Zacs Valley Wellness Resort & Spa as a family and had a wonderful time! The new Ayurvedic spa was such a relaxing experience — even after a day of exploring, the treatments felt refreshing and authentic. The new road access made the drive much smoother, which really helped since we were travelling with kids. The resort team also organised trekking, camping, and a lovely waterfall tour that the whole family enjoyed. It’s peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature — a perfect place to unwind and reconnect together. Highly recommended for families visiting Kodaikanal!

Pros: Zacs Valley Resort & Wellness Retreat delivers a calm, nature-immersed escape made even better by the newly improved approach roads. Arrival feels smoother, and the valley setting is pristine and quiet. The wellness centre stands out for thoughtful Ayurvedic therapies, courteous therapists, and serene treatment spaces that encourage relaxation. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and cozy, with beautiful views and reliable hot water. Staff members are warm, proactive, and quick to help with anything. Food is flavorful, fresh, and consistent across meals; breakfast is generous and dinner specials are satisfying. Overall, a restorative stay that balances comfort, service, and authentic wellness.

Pros: i recently revisited Zacs Valley Resort and was pleasantly surprised by several improvements. The access roads have been newly built since my last visit a few months ago, making the journey much smoother and enjoyable. The food at the resort remains excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options that truly enhance the stay. The newly opened wellness spa is a standout feature, offering authentic Ayurvedic treatments and rejuvenating therapies in a serene environment. Combined with the resort’s tranquil surroundings and attentive staff, Zacs Valley Wellness provides an exceptional and revitalizing retreat experience.

It is the best place for relaxing and exploring

Pros: Had a great time. The location was stunning. The staff were always ready to help with a smile. The was also really good with plenty of options to choose from.

The road to the property is fully renovated and accessible is very good

Pros: I loved Zacs Valley Resort for its serene valley views, peaceful surroundings, and beautifully designed villas. The blend of nature and comfort, the gentle stream by the cottages, and the cozy, spacious interiors create a perfect retreat. Every corner feels relaxing, inviting, and thoughtfully crafted for a memorable stay.

Great Stay with Excellent Food & Clean Accommodation

Pros: I had a wonderful stay here! The food was delicious, and the houses were very clean with the added convenience of a private parking space. The campfire experience was nice (extra pay)well-maintained, and the lawn added to the relaxing ambiance. Overall, it’s an excellent place for a holiday, and I highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway. However, safari, it might not meet expectations as there isn’t much to see. The waterfall was also a bit disappointing. Apart from that, everything was fantastic!

Pros: The place was very good and I would recommend choosing this. But, it's far away from the centre of Kodaikanal. Office roading and waterfalls were excellent where we enjoyed at peaks.

Cons: We ordered dinner @4PM. The person in incharge said confirmed initially but at 9 PM when enquired about food they said there's no order. Same the case with camp fire.

Pros: The stay and food was awesome. The journey towards location is quite adventurous. The staffs are very friendly. Overall a best place to relax with friends and family

Cons: Activity areas aren't used. They can be more utilised more efficiently

Great Places but comes with the Great challenge of reaching the place

Pros: The Place is so amazing, Very calm and serene. Great place to spend time with your family at your own privacy.

Cons: Only difficulty is Reaching the place, But then as they say hard roads leads to beautiful destination.

Our stay was tranquil and peaceful.

Pros: The location. The friendliness of staff. The natural beauty. The style of the cottages. The food, especially the shrimp Paal Konju .. it is so fantastic that we ordered it everyday. Literally.

Cons: The cleanliness and overall maintenance of the cottages could be even better. The bathroom isn’t the very well maintained, it’s not dirty but it could be better especially for the tariff. There were bugs, spiders, which we understand is something one needs to anticipate in a natural location like this. But I think something can be done about this.
