Cons: Reason for trip was to celebrate my marriage anniversary..The hotel staff could not arrange a cake and literally struggled to find someone to have it arranged.The lady at reception tried her best, but couldn't arrange .My suggestion is that the hotel should offer such small perks voluntarily like other hotels like birthday, anniversary, etc. as these small things that make a big difference..Though we were OK, my kid was unhappy as she was excited about it🙂

Worth Every Moment

Pros: Excellent service with very supportive and attentive staff. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. A special mention to Whistler Café – easily one of the best and most delicious dining experiences of my tour. Definitely worth visiting.

Best place / resort to stay in Kodaikannal . Breakfasts and high teas are good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The maintenance of the garden and surroundings . Logesh Kanna showed and explained about the garden for more than an hour. He is very good , knowledgeable and friendly

Cons: No food offered for the driver and there is no vegetarian restaurant close by

Pros: We stayed in the Timber Lodge Valley View room and had a wonderful time! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and we especially loved the swing ,it was the perfect spot to relax and to look at scenery. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options. The staff, especially at the restaurant, were very friendly and made us feel really welcome. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended!

Cons: The only downside was that the toilet was small compared to the other hotels, and the WC was placed right in front of the door, which felt a bit awkward..
