Hotel was centrally located which was good. In fact, that was the main reason why we chose this.
Pros: Breakfast menu had a lot of variety and food was excellent. Sitting was comfortable.
Cons: Dinner had too few options and taste could have been better.

Pros: For a one night stay it was a good choice. We didn't have time to try out the facilities, but the room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of choices for the breakfast. And the food was good too. Which is a bit surprising as the same restaurant in the afternoon offers mediocre dishes for too high prices. The staff is nice and helpful. I wish only they were less eager to please. It gets onto my nerves.

Pros: The specious well decorated rooms. Excellent staff polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of delicious dishes. Nice bar , gym , spa and the swimming pool

Wonderful place to stay in Mysore
Pros: The hotel is very grand. Staff very polite and helpful Very good choice of breakfast. Very secure Large comfortable bed Clean room. Nothing negative Hotel has a good private taxi service. We could make day trip to historic sites of Belur and Halibedu.

Comfortable, first trip for 2.5 months old baby
Pros: Great staff. Amazing sleep quality. We travelled with an infant. They were proactive in making sure that we and the baby were comfortable even at restaurant. They provided us with a crib which was comfortable for the baby and the baby slept well. Breakfast buffet was good. staff was proactive in taking live counter orders from the table itself.
Cons: We had the lunch buffet. Lunch buffet as average. The spread was limited. A large group came in and they ran short of food. Probably unexpected crowd.

Nice rooms with good services
Pros: Everything is good about this property, I know the local language too so that too has helped when I was travelling around . The room provides facilities for everything, got hot water with a tub too for my stay . Bedd was too spacious and soft, we were able to iron clothes, we did not use TV much .
Cons: The tub was little less clean when we entered the room which we did later, other than that everything is good .

Outstanding Location! Good options for breakfast! Great Staff! Easy on the Pocket!
Pros: The location in the heart of Mysore is a bonus! The Breakfast spread was worthy of a place like this. The Staff were courteous, friendly and caring! And the rates were surprisingly easy on the pocket!
Cons: The hotel needs renovation - the bathrooms need refurbishing; the corridor wall to wall carpet needs to be replaced! This will enhance the experience. I hope it is done soon as we want to stay at the hotel whenever we travel to Mysore!

Pros: Staffs are very cordial and responsible. The food was very good. Room was specious and room service is excellent 👌👌
Cons: On first night we didn't get extra bed, a makeshift was arranged.
