Pros: Overall, one of my best hotel stays in Palakkad. Rooms are very clean and well maintained

Cons: For a hotel like this one would expect them to have in-house kitchen and also breakfast. They don't have any breakfast option so you have to figure out yourself outside. Palakkad has enough options so not to worry.

Pros: Excellent, please consider have a restaurant in your premises. Need not be a full fledged one though. At least for the basic simple breakfast.

A nice stay

Pros: Location was good it was in centre so transport facilities and hotels for food was ok

Cons: You could have provided breakfast ,

Pros: The room was clean and tidy, staff were courteous.

Cons: No restaurant in the hotel.

Very comfortable stay

Pros: Bed very comfortable. Hot water available. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Cons: No wifi in room... You have to go to the lobby. Staff need to improve English language, cause pretty difficult to understand each other. Better to advertise massage or any other proposal at reception while checking in or with informative paper in the room.

It was good stay

Pros: Room was good. Staff were friendly. Parking was available. It was at the center of the city. Spacious bathroom..awesome shower.

Cons: Found beer stains on the furniture. One Cigarette butt. Apart from that everything was good.

Value for money.

Pros: It is a good place to stay. The staff is co-operative and appreciate their hospitality.

Cons: Need to fix hot water issue asap.
