Overall, stay was great.

Pros: Staffs were excellent. cleanliness of the rooms, facilities inside the room were worth enough.

Cons: We had buffet lunch, but didn't meet our expectation. So we had to rely on Zomato & restaurants nearby. Missed the fish festival as we not informed or there were no clues / hoardings.

Most comfortable, affordable and easy stay.

Pros: Near to airport, good food , clean property, rooms also spacious for a business trip. The staff was so friendly , i was welcomed by Chui , and till last moment she helped me with everything. Even she droped my bag to the cab. So humble . Also the front desk staff sneha helped me with easy check in and check out. She was so friendly and positive, with the ease she did my check in and out was a hassle free for me . Also there was another women staff who helped me to get my bags in room. Bravo to the women staff of this property. Amazing work . Keep it up.

Cons: Food options are limited , also can increase the restaurant staff . There were less staff. Also the entrance of the property needs seat out outside so that one can wait for cabs .

Pros: All the staffs, speedy check-in and super supportive check out.. good behaviour of front office staff

Very comfortable stay closer to Airport

Pros: Breakfast , location of the hotel and the facilities were very good

Cons: There was a false fire alarm , but no staffs were in the floor to tell the occupants to stay in room. Whenever there is a false fire alarm, the hotel staffs must ensure to be present asap at the floor corridor in order to avoid confusion.

Pros: Amazing breakfast. A very vast choice all extremely tasty

Cons: No hooks or rods to hang clothes in the bathroom

Pros: Very comfortable and convenient stay and no issue encountered. Breakfast was grand with huge variety of food and staff were excellent with any requests being met

Pros: The staff did a fantastic job of accommodating our requests. They had decorated the room and had organised a special candlelight dinner for us which was very thoughtfully orchestrated. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Mr. Rajan David and Mr. Akshay.

Pros: I’m truly grateful for this stay in India. The hotel’s location was very convenient—just a short distance from the airport, so I didn’t have to spend much time traveling. I was warmly welcomed by the friendly breakfast chef, Sujoy, and the kind and attentive front desk staff, Kadambini. They prepared a thoughtful breakfast for me, which was absolutely delightful. What touched me even more was their genuine care—they asked about my stay and if there was anything that could be improved. I truly believe that no matter how good a hotel is, nothing compares to having warm, polite, and caring staff. You all deserve 10 stars. Thank you for your hospitality. The next time I visit India, this will remain my first choice.

Excellent business class hotel close to the airport in Coimbatore

Pros: For me the location was perfect. Very close to Aravind Eye Hospital and many other hospitals. The airport is really close. The staff are excellent at their job. Polite, efficient and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is again clean and hygienic. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and there was adequate seating. The food ordered from the restaurant was realy good We had a memorable experience in Fairfield by Marriott
