From checkin to checkout I saw the entire team of employees to be thoroughly professional and customer service oriented.

Pros: My stay was comfortable at the hotel in all respects.

Cons: The property lacks a restaurant. Though fresh warm breakfast was served in the room in a neatly packed tray, lunch and dinner had to be ordered online.

Overall a decent hotel with good facilities and friendly /helpful staff.

Pros: The staff were very courteous and friendly. It was a comfortable stay and they were helpful enough to cater to all our requirements. The breakfast was provided in time, Taste, quality and quantity all were good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Cons: The room cleaning did not happen. We stayed there for 2 nights, but the rooms were not cleaned even once. They have a system where the guest has to inform them to clean the rooms, which was not told to us. Since we did not tell them they did not clean the room. This system needs to be changed and room cleaning should happen daily.
