Pros: Stay was clean and convenient from all facilities… Good Budget

Cons: I wouldn’t say small but rooms were smaller than normal hotels

It was a very good experience staying here

Pros: 1) Friendly staff, with readiness to help when sought. 2) Not too busy location, yet close to the centre of the Palakkad town.

Cons: Nil.

Pros: It was a wonderful stay in Deepakam. Staff behaviour also very calm and neat. Superb facilities.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: This is my 5th stay in this hotel and I keep coming back just for the comfortable stay provided by this hotel - in all aspects like cleanliness, Neat rooms, Nice locality. The staff are extremely cordial always available to help the guests. The front office executives Krishna, Deepa and Manikandan are doing an impressive work always on their toes to attend to guests. They make the guests feel at home always.

Cons: I have mentioned this in the previous reviews also. Breakfast quality can be improved. Currently the hotel buys it from outside from a local hotel in the neighbourhood. Everyday it is the same items and served cold, Since the hotel has its own kitchen I think the Hotel Management can think of preparing breakfast in their own premised offering some variety and serve them in the cafe area or roof top in buffet style, Else they can drop the idea of free breakfast and pass the discount to the guests. It is not correct to force the guests to eat the same items everyday in the name or Free Breakfast, A suggestion for the Management to ponder.

Pros: We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, always ensuring we felt comfortable during our stay.Overall, a comfortable stay with great service. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for a clean and peaceful place to stay. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

We reached there late night only but they received us very gently. We had a coffee next day morning which was too good.

Pros: The reception was too good. The way they taken care of us was really appreciable.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Overall Good. Friendly Staff always ready to help.

Cons: Hotel is understaffed. The security person an old aged person is used as room help. Complimentary breakfast is bought by hotel from outside and by the time it is served to the guests it becomes cold. It will be better if they heat it on micro oven and serve it to guests hot.

Wonderful Find in Palakkad. Will stay here in future.

Pros: We did not have breakfast as we had to leave the hotel early to visit temples. Howver the hotel staff called us at 9.30 am to check if we would come for breakfast and that they would keep it for us. That was too kind of them.

Stayed for 3 nights. Had a comfortable stay

Pros: New Property. Clean rooms. Fresh towels and linens. Most important of all very polite staff. Property is close to the City center. Swiggy Zomato operate in this area who can bring food to our room.

Cons: Twin room should be slightly bigger. 2 single beds are attached to each other looking like a single bed and it occupies the full room leaving little space for movement. I was single guest so could adjust. For 2 persons the room will not be comfortable as space will be cramped.
