A special stay in Wayanad
Pros: My stay at Avadale was absolutely fabulous. The property is stunning - beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for long walks and quiet exploration. What truly sets it apart, though, is the team. Mr. Sunil, the manager, was extremely accommodating and attentive, especially as I was travelling solo, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. Thomas and his associate who handled the jeep transfers were so friendly, courteous and helpful. In fact, the entire staff, from the kitchen team to the women maintaining the grounds, were fantastic! The food was excellent, the property was beautiful, and I loved my stay. I would gladly return. Thank you, Team Avadale!

Fantastic
Pros: Location was good , the team was kind and the view from the property was amazing. Thanks to Mr Thomas for patiently driving us up and down, arranging local transport and suggesting good places for sightseeing.

Amazing experiene
Pros: Team was super good. Plan a 3-4 days trip just to stay there.
Cons: No waiting room at the parking while the jeeps are not available. Feels unsafe in the night.

Amazing relaxing stay in Wayanad, a myst try !
Pros: Great location, perfect for a relaxing stay away from the city. The team is super friendly, food is amazing and the view from the resort is amazing. Highly recommended !!

Pros: The location was lovely and scenic. The food was homely and finger licking. The chef was also kind enough to ask if a preferred dish was to be made. Mr Sunil and his team were very friendly and welcoming. The driver who took us uphill was extra careful not to give us any sudden jerks. Yes, the travel uphill is a bit of an off roader.

Fantastic stay
Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this property! The treehouse experience was truly unique and memorable, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with opportunities for trekking right within the premises, which added a sense of adventure to our stay. A special mention to Manager Sunil and the staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making our visit even more comfortable. The food was delicious and added to the overall experience.
Cons: Swimming pool should have had a heater as climate is always cold. More recreational activities such as spa, outdoor games etc to be included within the resort as its a bit away from town. Slippers could have ben provided.

A good place to escape in the nature
Pros: The houses are big and inside feels comfortable. The place is perfect for spending time inside the nature, calm and relaxing.
Cons: The property offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. We took the breakfast and dinner, the food was good, but I would suggest adding some fresh fruits for the breakfast.

Tranquil place
Pros: The location is stunning. The views are very pretty. Very calm and tranquil. The staff are very gracious and helpful. The grounds and lodge was super clean and very tastefully made and furnished. All set in a coffee and black pepper plantation. A great place to really relax. I will be sad to leave. One of my favourite places we have visited whilst in Southern India.
Cons: It's no problem, but be prepared for an uphill off road transfer from car park to the resort. A jeep transfer can be provided when you need to ascend or descend to the town. You will get better views of the plantation as you travel. Everyone says though, it's worth it!
