Pros: The place was spotless. Rooms were exceptional with great views. A nice swimming pool. Excellent value for money. Staff were really good and helpful too.
Cons: There wasnt an on site restaurant for the evening. This us understandable as there are only six rooms. The food which comes freshly prepared was really good. A very good breakfast and snack service. And you can also get drinks delivered. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Lovely place
Pros: The staff, the pool and the beautiful location. The dinner is prepared by Wilton Restaurant and delivered, this is very good and plenty of options.

Pleasant but could be better
Pros: The room, room facilities, cleanliness, staff behavior and how they were willing to go beyond to make us comfortable. Owner was very kind too.
Cons: Food facilities are disappointing. They need to order food from outside, which, if it's too spicy, there is nothing one can do about it. As this place is quite remote, they need to hire chefs who can prepare some basic meals. If tired tourists can't even have food in peace, then it's not a very nice stay. Breakfast options should be improved. I couldn't have dinner or breakfast at the property. Suggestion for an easy breakfast: Appam & Veg stew (for both veg and nonveg people) + eggs (choice of omlette/poach/boil) + bread, butter, and jam, and Breakfast cereal with milk (u dont need to order this from outside every time). This gives a good spread for vegetarian and non Indian tourists. Even though u did have dosa, it was not up to the mark, and my cousin had her breakfast outside. Do have a juice (buy a real fruit juice) and an option for black/milk coffee or black/milk tea. A lot of people dont drink caffeine and prefer juice. Please hire a good chef - this will make a big difference and improve your rating.

Staff make the place special
Pros: Rooms are beautiful, modern and with a lovely balcony and amazing views. The pool is fabulous - I would have liked it if they had sun loungers (maybe something they could add). Staff made our stay unforgettable, especially Rishad and Shimitha who really went out of their way to make our stay special. When it’s quiet the place is magical and relaxing.
Cons: Unfortunately we had a really loud and inconsiderate group on the first night of our stay. In a small place this can really ruin your experience. The staff did try to get them under control. It’s a tricky situation but better enforcement of the rules at the pool might help. Also keep in mind that there’s no restaurant and the resort is a long way from anything if you don’t have your own transportation. They do have an arrangement with a restaurant to deliver meals and the food was good.

Cozy and comfortable place
Pros: The property is set in the middle of a tea garden overlooking the hills. Photos online don't justify the entire beauty of this resort. It's much more gorgeous in real. They have indoor games area apart from the pool you see in pictures. The interiors are very aesthetic and the shower are has a nice sunlit slits at the top. Staff is very helpful in guiding with local tour suggestions. They provide a good Kerala+English style breakfast buffet which is homely.
Cons: The only drawback was that they don't have inhouse kitchen for other meals but that's not even an issue as they deliver food from a local restaurant they have a tie up with.
