Pros: What a phenominal resort to stay . Very friendly and kind staff. Food was so good with light music in the background

Cons: Glamping rooms bathroom was little conjusted

A wonderful stay in a spectacular location

Pros: An incredible location, wonderful views, very lovely hotel staff , from reception to restaurant to spa. We had an incredibly relaxing time , enjoying the beautiful infinity pool as well as trips to the Edakkel Caves and Phantom Rock. The food was delicious and a fabulous range of dishes. We really enjoyed the walk up the hill in the hotel grounds, following afternoon tea, to Paradise viewpoint to take in the sunset.

A mountain paradise

Pros: A superb experience from start to finish! The smiling staff were all super attentive and helpful. Our room (Royal Comfort Suite) was huge and gorgeous. The breakfast and dinner buffet meals were delicious and plentiful. We had two wonderful massages in the spa. We also enjoyed playing games, swimming in the beautiful pools and wandering around the gorgeous grounds. High tea at 5 o’clock on our day of arrival made a spectacular start, and a short climb up to the sunset viewing point made a wonderful end to our stay. We also recommend a visit to the local flower gardens at Ambalavayal Poopoli and the Edakkal Caves.

Cons: We would have loved a sunset cocktail, but of course alcohol is not served (as is typical for Kerala). Better for our health at least!

Pros: Cleanliness, humble yet professional staffs who are highly helpful and surprisingly the view with lush greenery hills plus the property being surrounded with so many plants and trees and greenery, yet couldn’t find any bugs or insects whatsoever, which made my stay very relaxed and refreshing and peaceful.

Cons: None to mention

Pros: It’s in the peak of hill, location was good, staffs r obident but there is no complementary snacks at evening. Pool, play ground, garden, greenery everything was super but want to improve in gym. Food is good but still need to improve in taste.

For an unmatched luxurious experience go ahead and opt the resort

Pros: Easy access to the Resort. One of the Best Views we have ever witnessed from a Resort in Kerala. Incredible staff who are always available to assist with a smile. Upgrade of Rooms were done from their side complementary. It is definitely a must visit Resort in Wayanad, Kerala.

Cons: The road leading to the resort was a bit bumpy.

Splendid Glamping experience

Pros: We stayed at the Mountain Exotic Glamps at Mount Xanadu Resort for 3 nights. It was a splendid experience for us. The glamp stay was awesome, with luxurious inside, amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The staff were really professional and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Special shout out to the gentlemen who was doing the live music at dinner, his songs made dinner time all the more enjoyable. Another highlight was High Tea , with the view of the beautiful surroundings. They have an ayurvedic spa which will surely leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. We had an early check out, so the staff packed fruits and water for us for the trip back. These small gestures elevate Xanadu's service to another level. Highly recommended! Suggestions to improve: Increase size of TV. Leave a booklet with local activities inside the room for guests to review.
