Comfortable place to stay

Pros: 1. The property is new and infrastructure is good 2. Great location 3. Great staff (very friendly and always willing to help)

Cons: 1. The rooms on the 4th floor are below the pub. Extremely loud music. This needs to change (they need to seriously sound proof the pub) or else weekends will be unbearable for the guests on the 4th floor. The windows were rattling. I informed the front office 2. Breakfast was very basic. The timings are 730am. However was ready at 8am. Apparently there's a shortage of kitchen staff. 3. There was a wait time to checkout because someone goes to the room to check the minibar

Pros: Friendly staff, hospitality of the staffs, new property, clean, good room, proper guidance, all staff willing to help, restaurant staff gives good choices, Ready to solve our doubts at night time also

Clean and comfortable hotel, good bar and restaurant.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, and the bar had great drinks and food.

Cons: Disappointed that a hotel in the middle of Coffee Country only offered instant coffee for breakfast despite having all the equipment and beans for a wonderful cup of coffee. Coffee service doesn't begin until 9am. My suggestion to Management would be to train some of your breakfast staff in how to use the equipment to enhance the experience of the guests.
