Unforgettable experience in the forest

Pros: 1.Stay deep in the rainforest 2. Very impressive structure, preserving nsture 3. Courteous staff, esp Mr Manoj our restaurant manager. 4. Mr Daniel the nature walk guide was informative, pleasant. 5. Good food

Cons: 1. My parents struggled with walking the steps. It may not be ideal for senio citizens. But your staff brought meals, made them comfortable.

Pros: I stayed in the tree house and that was a great experience. The restaurant staff were exceptional in every moment and the food was superb. The rainforest was very beautiful...especially the waterfall running through the property.

Cons: All activities were.cancelled.due to.a.red weather warning that was apparently in place for my whole 5 day stay. When I did.ask to go on the scheduled daily walks, front desk staff seemed not too keen to go. I didn't realize that everything I want to go between the resort and the tree house I had to schedule a jeep to take me there. That was annoying, though I understand the reason why. Overall it was a great experience, especially the restaurant and the staff who were working at the resort. I just found the front office staff not so helpful, considering the money I paid for this booking. I did plan to go to the wellness.spa every day since there was nothing else to do.really, but after the first unpleasant massage I didn't go back. Perhaps the resort would be better.in non monsoon season when you can do the range of activities offered.

Pros: Wonderful place in Wayanad. You could spend there days in this beautiful surrounding and just listen to the sounds of nature. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Walking tours (included) with the guide are great. Staff is very helpful and did the best for a pleasant stay.

Nice place , but too expensive for the facilities offered.

Pros: Rooms were good and clean. Staff was very enthusiastic and helpful . Location is great.

Old world charm deep in the forest

Pros: Beautuful resort deep in the forest. The rooms and the buildings retain traditional features and the whole place exudes an old world charm. Tranquil and peaceful surroundings and we found some beautiful forest trails. Take care when hiking due to Elephant danger . Our room ( vythri haven) was lovely and overlooked the stream, which must be very impressive in the monsoon. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very much at home. A special mention to Manoj Kumar, and his team in the restaurant and kitchen who went out of their way to serve us with new delicious daily surprises ... not an easy task as we had requested vegan and satvic food. They excelled themselves. Thank you

Cons: Room, as it was next to the river and was a little dark, had a slight musty smell.. which will be worse in the monsoon . Was tolerable now

Very relaxing and the nature in the resort was so nice.

Pros: Very big rooms. Service was really good. A good buffet in the restaurant. The spa is a must visit.

Cons: WiFi is a bit difficult there but it is understandable due to the remote location.
