Pros: It was quiet, well laid out and the staff polite and efficient.

Cons: As a person with mobility issues, I would have preferred a ground floor room, but this doesnt detract from the overall + experience.

A good hotel to use if wanting to use the Toy Train to Coonoor and Ooty.

Pros: Lovely outlook from a spacious room. The staff were very helpful especially Mahesh at the reception

Cons: We didn’t realise it was part of Black Thunder theme park but it didn’t really affect us so it was ok

Pros: The property was well maintained. We had a great stay. Devi and Sangeetha we're of great help

Perfect gateway for group

Pros: The only thing i found is the temperature was high but the property and staff were really good and it was worth for money. Perfect for activities with team and family

Great spot, 20 min taxi ride from Mettupalaiyam railway station - comfy, green, very restful.

Pros: Lovely large room with balcony. Large leafy grounds. Great staff.

Biggest asset is the garden

Pros: Spacious grounds set in palm groves at the foot of hills, many birds, very serene and atmospheric; room was spacious and had a veranda with access to the back garden (wonderful place to sit and relax, alternatively a balcony); staff helpful and courteous

Cons: Though the menu was impressively big and varied, the food was a bit disappointing. The AC was pointed at the pillow/head, which was not ideal for sleeping (best way to catch a cold, AC difficult to adjust)

Pros: A beautiful resort in a beautiful location which makes relaxation easy....

Cons: The restaurant had only an average offering compared with similar resorts and maybe that is why we were the only diners at both lunch and dinner....?? None of the staff appeared to have working English language experience which made communication a frustrating and difficult experience which caused stress and frustration on both sides....!!

Pros: Wonderful oasis. Fabulous room. The bed was like floating on a cloud. Huge balcony overlooking the pristine beautiful gardens and Nigiris mountains beyond. We could have stayed much longer..

Beautiful peaceful relaxed setting

Pros: Beautiful setting and if you’re lucky you’ll see the giant Indian squirrels. Helpful staff, efficiently run. Lovely balconies on the bedroom.

Cons: The only thing I missed was a swimming pool which would make it perfect

Pros: Toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren im Freizeitpark nebenan, es gibt einen Durchgang als Abkürzung zum Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang mit Begrüßungsgetränk. Schönes großes Zimmer mit Ausgang auf Terrasse und die große Gemeinschaftswiese. Dort konnte man nachmittags Badminton und Cricket spielen, spazieren gehen, um die Zeit bis zum Abendessen zu überbrücken. Abendessen und Frühstück hatten wir im Freien, das brachte richtig Urlaubsfeeling. Sehr schöne Anlage, gepflegt, landschaftlich schön in den Bergen gelegen.
