Pros: Clean with superb views of city. Owners couldn’t do enough to help us. The place was a little tired but very comfortable. Garden was a lovely place to sit out in the clean mountain air. Thank you for all your help.

Cons: I had underestimated the effect the altitude would have. (7500ft) I had pleurisy and pneumonia in the past which made things a little uncomfortable for me at night. The owners were very understanding and assure me I would be ok when we moved down to Coimbatore. True.

Lovely stay in Ooty

Pros: Lovely location on the hillside. Rohith was extremely welcoming and helpful arranging toy train tickets for us

Beautiful location, excellent hosts and a sense of peace

Pros: Location, view and sense of peace - our hosts were kind, flexible and accommodating and were perfect at booking things eg train, transport, ensuring clarity and support was foremost in their communication. Food was superb- we ate every evening as well as a generous breakfast. It was the perfect balance of inclusion with a family and a sense of privacy.

It was an oasis away from the hurly burly of Ooty town. It was tranquil filled with bird life.

Pros: The hosts, the calmness, the garden, the food all home cooked. The host was so helpful. He arranged auto Rick shaw and booked our tickets for the toy train. Our train trip was cancelled and he checked on line for reopening and rebooked tickets. Nothing was too much trouble. The property built in 1890 was a touch of England. Very quaint.

Five star service in heritage hotel

Pros: This gorgeous heritage property was clean, comfortable, breakfast plentiful the bed big and extra pillows appreciated. Manager Rohith really went the extra mile to look after us , arranging transport on Ooty and for our onwards travel Highly recommended

Great place to stay when in Ooty

Pros: Rohith and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The b&b is beautiful and located in a quiet place on a hill. Rooms are very spacious. A simple breakfast with toast, omelette and fruit is included. Make sure you enjoy a homecooked meal in the evening - they were delicious!

Cons: Ooty may not be the best destination in the area. It's a large, noisy city. Not what I was expecting from a hill station (my bad!). Also it was hard to make arrangements for tours in the area at the agency's in town.

Cosy homestay hotel with fantastic garden and view!;

Pros: It was a lovely charming place with a fantastic view over the city. The owner Mr Rohit and his wife were very caring and helpful whenever I asked for support . Food was also very nice. The garden is a wonderful place to sit and relax.

Cons: Everything is fine. But don't forget to take warm clothes, the evenings in November can be very chilly.

Very pleasant stay. An ideal place to spend your time in a calm and leisurely manner.

Pros: Location, colonial ambience, neatness and excellent hospitality.

Cons: A light to be fixed above the mirror in the room. Approach road in the last stretch needs to be relaid.
