Pros: Without reading any review or publicity,we booked this room.positives: room is very specious, airy, clean and facilitated with all amenities.toilet was equipped with all facilities.balcony was an added advantage and the view was incredible. Loved the stay at this place.

Cons: Entrance gate of the property should be highlighted.road leading to property is too steep.breakfast items are very less.but what ever you providedwas tasty.idli -sambar was too good.poori and curry was ok.coffee was tasty.

Pros: Tasty breakfast served till 10 am. Nice staffs and they guided us to tourist spots. Spacious car parking facility, nice view from room and photo spots as well.

Pros: Rooms were good. Good parking space. Clean play area for kids. Good location.

Cons: Toilet seat was broken. Separation of dry and wet area in bathroom was not there. Early check in was not possible eventhough many rooms were vacant.

Random booking to an amazing stay!

Pros: Everything was exceptional about Skydale...starting with its prime location,the clean rooms, the sit out, the play area, indoor play room, the view and the staffs.. they were very kind... it was a random booking, turned out to be an amazing stay!

Cons: The fooooddd....though it was a proper south Indian bf menu...it was soo boring...

Pros: Well maintained, clean property. Great views and facilities. Bedroom and Bathrooms were clean. Hot water in the toilets. Good indoor game facilities including Carroms, Pool, Table Tennis, Fooseball, Chess etc. Very Cooperative staff and management.

Cons: Nothing much to dislike. But could be improvers to the breakfast menu.

Mixed Experience with Excellent Location and Room Quality, but Disappointing Breakfast Service

Pros: The hotel's location was perfect, and I found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and cooperative, which was a definite plus. However, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing – it was a complete joke. The breakfast area was unclean, with flies visible everywhere, and the overall space was messy and poorly maintained. My most frustrating experience revolved around the Jain breakfast request. Despite requesting it both at the time of booking and again at check-in, it wasn't prepared. The chef was rude and initially refused to serve us Jain breakfast. After persistent requests, he finally prepared it, but did so with an \

Cons: The breakfast section needs to be kept cleaner, and it's essential to ensure utensils are always clean. Additionally, I suggest adding 1-2 more options to the breakfast menu to provide more variety. Listen to your guests request at the time of booking and check-in, Train your chef to be polite and not make ugly faces.

Pros: Great location, amazing mountain views, facilities, breakfast spread was good too. Close to ooty lake and Karnataka Siri horticlurure garden. Value for money. Highly recommended.
