Relaxed stay

Pros: I liked the rooms, location, view, and the living rooms were spacious, we spent quality time and relaxed. this place is near to many tourist attractions and very well maintained. the staff was also very helpful

I liked my stay and would strongly recommend

Pros: The staff offered a complementary breakfast along with a tea. It was very good. I liked the room and it has a beautiful sofa. The room was clean and the hotel is located in fingerpost..which is very near to most of the tourist places.

Good Stay

Pros: Our stay at Pinehill was very good, we got a single suite, the room and the living room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, we got a good breakfast and tea at the hotel, the taste was good. The location is excellent, worth the money. overall i liked my stay.

Cons: Everything looks great, the parking is good but they have to work on the entrance as its a bit of a climb. Otherwise i felt rest everything was good.

Very good experience, I will strongly recommend this hotel

Pros: Breakfast was home made, they served us Idly and Dosa. Both were good and Tea was excellent. The location is very good, the rooms are very big and clean, the property has ample parking, overall our stay was very good.

Property is good. Value for money

Pros: Recently me and my family travel to ooty, it was a good experience. The property is good, staff are friendly and provide best services . The room service name Murugan available whenever you required him. It is nice budgeted property and safe also.

Cons: The property does not have a food options. And near by not a great food options.

Cottage :Big roos, without room service

Pros: Big Size of rooms and bathrooms 24 hours hot water only for online bookings

Cons: It's not a hotel, it's a cottage. No room service all time No restaurants nearby, 100% depending on zomato

Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean Charles and Murugan was polite and helpful. Ke's hotel was at walkable distance and food was very nice. Even ke's staff was good. Both veg and non veg food was nice

Pros: Very nice location..we booked 2bhk…it’s in 2nd floor..very nice hilly view from there… Rooms are clean..bathrooms are also clean… Food taste is excellent….
