Pros: About Breakfast, the taste was good. But the items were same daily. There should be veriety in the breakfast. Not satisfied

Pros: Breakfast - good but no brewed/filter coffee. Instant coffee in Tamil Nadu?! Location - good.

Cons: If you go to bed early, do not take a room on the 4th floor. The restaurant was noisy till about 11 p.m. and then again early morning when the staff arrived.

Pros: When we booked the room they mentioned hotel will accept card payment but once we reached there they said they cant accept card payment. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Fantastic stay - will definitely stay there the next time too :)

Pros: Hotel Darshan is located bang opposite the Boat House of Ooty Lake, and 15 mins walking distance from the main market. The location is superb with great views from your Room/Sit out. The buffet breakfast had a fair variety of very delicious mixed cuisine. The food at the Hotel restaurant was very tasty and well cooked, with the Chef catering for personal requests in terms of less spice, etc. The manager, Mr Anupam was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable and requirements met. The housekeeping staff was very prompt in response. The Hotel also has tie-ups for local sight-seeing and cab drop to Airport. All in all, a fantastic stay experience :)

Cons: Only area of concern was that the Lift starts from the First floor only - so one has to climb a small flight of stairs from the parking, to the Reception and further to the Lift. This could be a problem for elderly/specially abled persons.

Great stay with great food

Pros: Great hotel with a really nice view on Ooty lake, the food in the restaurant is really delicious, specially the chinese food. Room was clean and well equipped. Staffs very nice.
