Awesome 4 days stay for me at Gem Park Ooty!

Pros: I appreciated the hospitality of the property from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, away from the city's hustle and bustle, and situated at an altitude that offers stunning mountain views. You can even experience the clouds drifting across the mountain ranges. (Especially in Winter) The property features two restaurants (Indian and Chinese). The food is excellent, especially the breakfast, which includes both Indian and continental options. There are several gardens with outdoor seating arrangements where you can relax and enjoy nature at its finest. Overall, it was a great value-for-money stay for my family and me. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ooty.

Cons: During my stay I didn't find any flaws. If you are a nature lover, I amsure you lkove this property. All the rooms are mountain facing where you can see the sunrise and sunset clearly from your room.

Pros: Staff are extremely polite and helpful..special mention of Ms Angel. Though we particularly didn't enjoy the alacarte food (for dinner) that was served by the restaurant.. chef Ashok took feedback in a very positive way... breakfast was super tasty...

Cons: Recreational space is still under renovation...so is the swimming pool.. they room rates can be adjusted basis facilities available

Excellent comfortable hotel with great views

Pros: We really appreciated having adjoining rooms and the seating areas in both rooms with wonderful views over Ooty and the hills The staff were friendly and helpful; the welcome tea was delicious The restaurant was excellent and the chefs vey good at explaining which food had allergens which one of our children could not eat.

Cons: We were sorry the Games room was not open until 5.30pm; we would have liked to play games earlier in the day. The garden area was lovely

Pros: The view from the hotel was fantastic and friendly staff. The property was well maintained

Cons: Food at the hotel was very expensive The bathroom was really small, could'nt even keep my body wash and shampoo while having a shower

Mesmerizing views with value for money

Pros: Overall the stay was comfortable, and the rooms were well cleaned. The service was good and the staff was very supportive. The location is amazing, as everything great is nearby, like - The Periodic Table Restaurant, Nursery, Upper Market.

Cons: The food taste and quality needs to be improved. The Breakfast was Okay, however, the in-room food quality was not good. I ordered Chicken pakora's and the chicken was not fresh.
