It was quite good for the price we paid for.

Pros: There was no complimentary breakfast provided..Location was very nice. It's in the heart of Ootty

Cons: Toilet was not the expectations. Too small. Need to modernise entirely

Very good, safe place for stay with family, nice and clean rooms, very positive smiling staff, good

Pros: I have been staying with family since 2026 as my children were studying in Lawrence School Lovedale. Best location, best experienced hotel staff good food, very safe feeling, good rooms. The only poor side is little congested parking during peek times .but the security staff are highly professional, they help.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Excellent location if you like to stay in middle of where all action is. Club rooms were good. Hotel has three restaurants which serve good food. Room service was slightly delayed but acceptable considering hotel was running full and staff must have been stretched.

Cons: Housekeeping was slow.
