Comfortable, clean, close to shops just down the hill. A good place to stay in you time in Ooty

Pros: It was convenient, clean and comfortable for our stay at Ooty - blankets nice for the cooler time of year

Cons: Had a small power failure but it had minimal impact ( lights worked) no breakfast so go into town and in winter laundry takes 3 days due to weather

Best Hotel In Town. 5 star hotel cleanliness, staff and everything is great. I will revisit again

Pros: Best hotel, we get 5 star treatment, they are building a restaurant now which will make it a 5 star hotel.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. They even gave free goodies like chocolates, drinks, tea powder as gifts for new year. All big packs.

Pros: The weekend-cum-birthday gateaway was very relaxing and the room was spacious with all amenities mentioned. All the service providing members are so helpful , I am thankful to Bharat since I contacted him only from the initiation of booking! Much recommended!
