Pros: The hotel staff were exceptional. Room service was also great. Clean rooms.

Cons: Only possible negative is if you are on the 3rd Floor the 4th floor is quite noisy above you. Didn't bother us though. Everything was great.

Overall it’s nice, the hotel rooms and location

Pros: Since it’s new so it’s clean and nice and location is good. Also the rooms are well ventilated and nice view. Specially from terrace..

Cons: Staffs are untrained it seems. One front desk staff was so unprofessional, room was not cleaned irrespective of keeping “Clean My Room”

Good stay

Pros: The room was clean and well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The location was very good. It was a bit away from the city and since we were looking for a quiet holiday, it suited us. The restaurant in the same complex was great with a variety of options. The restaurant staff including the chef and others made us feel very welcome and took personal care of our needs.
