Clean, quiet, professional staff, and excellent breakfast.

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable, clean, with good bedding, good pillows, and a good shower. But beyond these requirements, the staff is very professional and kind. We arrived late and hungry from the airport, and even though there were only ten minutes left before the restaurant's room service ended, they were super kind in attending to us. Furthermore, they arranged transportation to a beach we wanted to go to in a very professional manner and at a good price. And the breakfast is spectacular, mainly due to the friendliness and willingness of the staff to offer us the best of West Indian food. I am grateful and take away good memories of Calicut.

it was a highly enjoyable stay

Pros: Our first trip to Kozhikode was made truly memorable by this wonderful hotel stay with my parents. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and close to many of the city’s famous restaurants and attractions. The staff were incredibly polite, and the food was delicious. My mum and dad especially loved the authentic Kerala flavours at breakfast and dinner. The complimentary upgrade to a suite felt like such a special gift for my parents, and they enjoyed it thoroughly. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a touch of Kerala’s traditional aesthetic, which I personally loved. Even though the hotel is older, as some reviews mention, it only added to its charm. This stay gave us beautiful family memories that we will cherish.

Cons: What could have been better were the poolside seats, which need improvement, and the minibar, which was empty. The continental breakfast options were also limited, with items such as sausages and bacon missing.

Pros: The service overall, the food and the location near the beach were the major plus points. This is an old school hotel and this showed in the decor and personalised service

Cons: The hotel is over 30 years old, and it shows. Certain areas were run down and shabby. I understand that the property is due to close for an extensive renovation

Pros: Comfortable stay. Good food, good service. Very friendly and polite staff. Everything was well taken care off. We had a good time.

Cons: The place requires some renovation especially with bathroom fitting, exterior paint and swimming pool.
