Pros: I booked it for my parents. They were very happy and loved the place immensely. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cons: Nothing negative was told to me. All good.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and well maintained.

Cons: The corridors had a musty smell since the air conditioning wasn’t on and nobody opened the windows. Both my son and I are allergic and were sneezing every time we walked the corridors. This was really bad!

Pros: Loved it here! Huge, comfy bed, hot shower with great pressure, a small but very functional gym, and really kind and helpful staff. Highly reccomend!

Very comfortable stay at Kozhikode

Pros: The staff was very nice and courteous. The rooms were very comfortable and looks exactly what's shared in the website. Everything was near and clean. The buffet breakfast was also really good. There were lots of items which kids and adults would enjoy. Beach is nearby. Railway station and mittai therivu is also nearby and we can reach easily by car or auto in few minutes.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

An excellent option with easy reach of most places of touristic interest

Pros: The hotel location was excellent with lot of restaurant and shopping options close by. Even the beach was a short walk of 10 mins

Cons: Breakfast could start earlier at 7 or 7:30 am instead of 8 am

Very clean, very comfy, staff were really helpful when we asked for any help.

Pros: Refreshments were given to us upon on arrival even though we arrived in the evening, which was very welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom. The lad on reception was very helpful.

Pros: Our stay was very pleasant. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and security and offered welcome drinks on arrival. The staff were approachable, polite, and gentle throughout our stay.

Pros: The room was exactly as described.. large, comfortable, clean and well light.

Cons: The complimentary breakfast could be better planned. The food was just about manageable.

Pros: Clean, spacious and well maintained rooms with necessary amenities for the stay.

Cons: 1.complimentary breakfast was below average.. some dishes were salty.. 2.As it is located near to railway gate and has to cross it while coming from kannur road, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to cross it everytime especially in evening and night.

Nice hotel in a good location

Pros: Large room, big comfy bed, helpful staff, well located for bus station

Cons: Not sure what was wrong with the Aircon but in spite of being switched on at 16° the room was between 27 and 28° for the duration of our day. Breakfast could’ve been better.
