Great location, great staff, decent breakfast. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Pros: Central location, needed somewhere close to the train station, so only really wanted somewhere to put our head down for six hours. This was perfect. We had a few minor issues where the luggage was left there however the staff were fantastic when I managed to arrange a Courier. They packed everything neat and tidy including laptops and iPads all safe and secure. a big thank you to the staff that managed and organise that for me I will definitely be back, and spend more than six hours there this time

Cons: We had a late night flight coming in and by the time we got to the hotel it was 2 am. We had not eaten and just wanted a sandwich or chips or something just to fill a little void however there was no room service available.

Cons: Seemed hard to get an auto to the hotel from other places - maybe due to the one way systems. But it would be useful to have more info to provide Tuktuk drivers to make life easier

A practical and value for money hotel.

Pros: The hotel is in the busy area of Calicut but it is also central to most of the locations. There is no view from the hotel but its a very practical hotel. We had a good stay here. The food was nice and fresh always. We did order food in the room and it came quick and was tasty. The staff is very sweet and responsive. The rooms and the hotel were clean and tidy. They have ample parking so no issues if you are self driving. They also have a concierge that can help you navigate and explore the city. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

Comfortable and functional

Pros: Very comfortable beds and a good shower. We enjoyed a quick dip in the rooftop pool. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: Restaurant is an interior room without windows but the breakfast buffet was quite good.

Cons: First night we got breakfast to the room - very nice option of course - but we didn’t order it so we would have prefered not to be waked up at 6:45. The second night instead there was no breakfast at all even though it was included and we were not told about it
