We enjoyed our stay and will like to visite again/suggest.

Pros: Breakfast is good and variety food.As we r senior citizens so you must keep stool chairs in the bathrooms. We r not able to take bath in standing. Also need hooks or nails to keep our towel or inner cloths. This is our experience all over Indian hotels.

Pros: The property was good, especially the location it cannot be considered as a star hotel any more, early check in they have charged exorbitantly, in a family suit room they provide one bottle of water in a day, I have seen this in many hotels, reluctant to provide one additional bottle of water..how much you save additional with this attitude? Need to improve a lot

Pros: Staff were friendly and polite. Clean rooms, They allowed to check in 30 minutes early, Location is close to some of the major attractions in Calicut, Parking space was available. Overall good experience here, I'll go here again if the rate stays reasonable.

Cons: Railway track is very near, so there may be occasional disturbances in night, in some of the rooms due to sound of trains, but we cannot complain too much about location, as the location is good except for this minor drawback. Secondly there was a 5-10 minute power outage in our room after midnight. Although power back up was available, it was not automatically activated, caused a short interruption in sleep, but on complaining to reception, the staff resolved the issue very quickly.
