Pros: The pool was excellent and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The use of kayaks was an unexpected bonus

nice guest house for beach and backwaters

Pros: Fairly new hotel, neat modern rooms and bathroom. Location is great, as it is near the sea and right by the 'backwater'' lake, and they also have kayaks free to use! The beach is a short walk away. Breakfast was traditional South Indian vegetarian dishes which we really liked (idli, sambar, idli, puttu, kadala, bananas and other fruit, coffee).

Cons: We had to pay in cash as they didn't have a card reader.. a bit of a problem for foreign travellers to bring that amount of cash if staying for a few nights. And this wasn't mentioned on the booking confirmation on booking.com so we had to go find an ATM. There was a view to the pool from the front door but the bedroom window looked over a backyard with piles garbage bottles (I hope they will recycle it!) Also, the lake waters at the hotel has bits of trash floating about - they should put some effort to clean and maintain the surrounding environment.

Pros: Everything is great here. They are very new in the block, 7-8 months into business. Excellent hospitality, well maintained resort.

Cons: They don’t have an in house kitchen to cater. Good orders are delivered from different hotel. Would be nice to see the kitchen & people who handle our food.

Good experience

Pros: Clean rooms, Prompt Service and decent facilities especially kayaking and swimming pool. Proximity to beach makes it pretty good value for money experience

Pros: Excellent location. Nice room with balcony over looking swimming pool. everything's spotlessly clean. Only about a 100 m to a beautiful sandy Beach, which had hardly any people. About 4 people on the whole beach.. There is agood reaturant on site with a good selection of dishes. Staff were very helpful and friendly.. do expect children in swimming pool Especially at weekends. I think I will certainly return there.

Cons: Sometimes the children in the swimming pool but it's a small gripe!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and arranged many activities for us: spa, Tuk tuk, boat trip, dinners, etc. The facilites we're very good as well: swimming pool, restaurant, kayak. I recomend it 100% and would stay there again for sure

Pros: Excellent stay at this lovely new hotel. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Very good breakfast. Walking distance to several restaurants. We ate in the hotel one night and food was excellent. Literally over the road from the beach and calm sea suitable for swimming. Nice small pool but only 4 sun loungers so did get very busy at times although we had the pool to ourselves one afternoon. We took an uber in to Fort Kochin one day to see the sights but this location gave us a nice couple of days of relaxation in our India itinerary

Pros: Beautiful surroundings, clean rooms, helpful staff. We could leave our bags several hours after check out (even though we were late with check out) which was really kind and generous!

Overall a very nice stay, great location and lovely staff

Cons: Room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay and there was no toilet roll, but these issues were solved easily by a quick visit to reception
