Excellent rooms and great hospitality

Pros: This is my second time at one of the Gokulam grand facilities. Extremely good hospitality and well maintained rooms.

Pros: The smoke alarm in the room was emitting light at night which was a bit disturbing. The breakfast was excellent

Very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Pros: Hotel location is very convenient as it is near to prime travel stations, Malls, Hospitals, Prime Restaurants etc. A very clean well equipped facility with courteous staff.

Cons: House Keeping dept. should provide in advance as many washroom accessories and other facilities as per the room pax, rather than waiting for the guests to request for the same

Excellent vacation stay...

Pros: Excellent service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Toilets were adequate. We didn’t get the chance to use the swimming pool on the 7th floor but the pool seemed very inviting. We had breakfast included with our rooms and the spread, both hot and cold were good with a good variety of continental and Indian hot dishes. Special mention about the live counter churning out excellent omelette and appams which we had. Multiple varieties of dosas also available. Wishing the Gokulam Grand Calicut team all success…!!!

Cons: Facilities team could be more attentive with guest concerns and could be more proactive in their approach and follow up.
