Pros: Easy Check-in and Check-out. Very clean and comfortable. Pleasant Staff. Relaxing environment in the room.

Cons: 1.Took a shower. The shower floor was very slippery when wet. Bath Mat is a must. 2. There was work going on in the room next door during the night and the noise woke us a few times at night. Reception Staff pretended as if they did not know about it next morning. 3. After Check-in we went to the Restaurant for a cup of tea, but were told that they were preparing for 'Iftar' and couldn't serve us. We were taken to the small Cafe on the ground floor where we waited over 45 minutes to get a small freshly prepared Pizza and Tea.

Good location at reasonable price for 5 star category

Pros: We had reasonably good and comfortable stay. Premises are kept neat and clean. Breakfast buffet is reasonably good.

Cons: I wished to use some spa facilities but didn’t find any staff there. Room was not made in spite of switching on the request. Had to ask for hand towels Wi-Fi activation requires support from the receptionist
