Pros: We arrived at 4am, we explain es the hôtel about our very late arrival and they were expecting us. Then they helped us booking a taxi to go to Guruvayur. Very kind people.

Overall it is a good hotel.

Pros: The hotel is situated at the heart of the city with malls and a lot of shops nearby. In fact, following tourist spots were only 2-3km away: 1. Calicut Beach 2. Regional Science Museum and planetarium, Calicut 3. Mananchira Square & lake 4. Sarovaram Biopark 5. Gokulam Galleria mall The staff, hospitality and cleanliness, everything was excellent. They offer good breakfast options at 'Bella's Morning Bites'.

Cons: Hotel Stay Bella doesn't have any on-premise restaurant, that was the only thing I found missing.

Pros: Location is very good with everything available nearby. Reception and housekeeping Staff is excellent ready to help.

Cons: Distance from the airport is a bit too much!

Value for Money - Can improve

Pros: Very much accessible in the heart of calicut. Value for Money Peaceful stay

Cons: The hot water and normal water taps are far apart on two sides of the bathroom in the room where i stayed. There is no mini refrigerator available in case you want to store some food or beverage The rooms are not sound proof and it gets noisy if someone gets talking outside
