A PLEASANT HORIZON

Pros: The stay was comfortable and very close to Sree Krishna Temple, Guruvayoor made our visit more pleasant.

Cons: It's quite natural that one cannot satisfy each and everyone's desire. So there may be some minus . But on a general perception, there is nothing to say like ' I didn't like the stay'. I am happy with the stay.

Overall very comfortable stay, with very supportive reception staff.

Pros: clean room, friendly staff, very near to Guruvayoor temple.

Cons: water pressure at bathroom was less. It takes a long time to fill up a bucket. Telephone numbers of reception, room service were not available in the room.This is not a complaint, but a suggestion to improve.

Good Stay

Pros: Location is very close to temple. Restaurant inside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Nothing to mention despite a bit old building.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and supportive. Location is very convenient for visit to the temple. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

Stay with 2 kids in the family room

Pros: I initially booked for a 3 bed family room, but the front desk saw us coming with 2 kids and offered us a bigger 4 bed family room for the same rate which was very comfortable for us throughout the stay. Since the restaurant was well on the ground floor, we ordered food for us and the children from there that tasted good. Complimentary breakfast was limited and yet tasty. Also it is very near to the west nada and there are shops, supermarkets, hotels nearby making it well located and will prefer the horizon for my next stay and will recommend it to others as well. My son loved the lawn in front and the hotel staff were well behaved and helped us with luggage and other amenities.

Cons: Mosquito disturbance during the night and hot water was not available throughout the bathroom and also in the morning's only lukewarm water was coming in the tap. The hotel should address it asap and can improve the breakfast spread. The parking space is kinda congested.

Pros: Rooms location and atmosphere is very nice. Restaurant Foods are excellent rate are reasonable. Light facilities insides the room need to improve. It is not sufficient especially in Dressing Table area.

It was a nice experience all together. Will book there next time too 👍

Pros: Hotel is very close to the South nada, barely 4minutes walk. Staff were amazing, very informal and friendly in their dealings. One of the rooms that we booked was renovated recently and looked stunning. The other room was basic, but spacious enough.

Cons: The second bedroom ceiling had a big hole next to the AC unit which I think they must fix before renting it out to anyone.

Pros: Good staff and services, Clean rooms and beds and also washroom are well cleaned.

Pros: The staff members at reception are very polite and supportive. Over all a good experience.
